Secularism is an essential value to guarantee democracy, pluralism and equality in the education system, and to address new ethical issues determined by the scientific development.
We are absolutely opposed to temporary work as a model of organizational work in training and in research, because it weakens the quality of the education system and condemns the working men and women to an existential condition intolerable and no future.
Our proposal is to strategically invest in public education, starting from the generalization of kindergartens and preschools, dall''edilizia school, the right to education, resources for integration, for wages, for raising obligation.
The only alternative to a development model based on low wages and labor flexibility in the wild is to focus on development of a society based on science and knowledge. This idea of \u200b\u200bstrong social diffusion of culture and knowledge may not only be the basis for a new development model of Puglia, but it could also be part of a project proposal for interaction with the countries of the Mediterranean.
